Our CEO has 23 years of experience in investigations, including 4 years in policing, 2 years in the defence force and 12 years in security fields. He uses his knowledge and skills to train the guards continuously, daily – off-site and onsite. The training never stops!
We also recruit and select our security personnel based on stringent criteria, then take them through rigorous training courses in security competence, human character and communication skills.
Our guards work according to a standard operating procedure. A pocket-size guide is issued to each security guard to ensure he knows exactly what to do in case of an emergency. The book also contains the rules, regulations and policies of the company and our code of conduct, which they must learn by heart.
